4. How to Initiate a Return

Return Process (Step-by-Step)

    Include: Order number, items to return, reason for return
  2. Await Authorization
    We'll review your request within 1-2 business days
    You'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions
  3. Package Your Return
    Use original packaging if possible
    Include RA number on the outside of the package
    Include a note with your order number inside
  4. Ship Your Return
    Ship to the address provided in your RA email
    Use a trackable shipping method
    Keep your tracking number for your records
  5. Receive Your Refund
    We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days after receiving your return
