When will I receive my tracking number?

You'll receive an email with your tracking number within 24-48 hours after your order ships. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

My tracking shows "Pre-Shipment" or "Label Created"

This means your shipping label has been created and your order is being prepared for shipment. The carrier will scan and update tracking once they receive your package.

What if my tracking hasn't updated?

Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update after a label is created. If your tracking hasn't updated after 3 business days, please contact us.
